Tecnica e stile dal Rinascimento al tardo Settecento

l docente aiuterà gli iscritti a prendere coscienza degli elementi fondamentali che caratterizzano lo stile di un brano, sui quali si concentrerà la preparazione. Saranno anche forniti gli elementi fondamentali delle tecniche di sviluppo dell'interpretazione vocale, con prove pratiche esaurienti.

La tecnica vocale sarà curata per quegli aspetti che sono necessari ad una corretta lettura dei brani studiati. Gli iscritti potranno portare i brani che preferiscono, particolarmente (ma non esclusivamente) quelli che prevedono l'uso di strumenti compresi negli altri corsi di ILMAestate (vedi i programmi di tutti gli altri corsi nella pagina Docenti e programmi), in modo da essere in grado di partecipare anche ai laboratori di musica d'assieme.

Chi avesse difficoltà a reperire brani adatti, può contattare - dopo il perfezionamento dell'iscrizione - direttamente il docente e chiedere di ricevere le musiche necessarie.

Prequisiti per partecipare al corso

È utile che gli iscritti siano in grado di leggere la parte vocale di una composizione o almeno di apprenderla in qualche ora di preparazione. Per partecipare alle lezioni di stile, è preferibile che abbiano una pratica, anche non evoluta, di canto. Saranno accettati anche iscritti non pratici di tecnica vocale, ma in tal caso la parte stilistica sarà ridotta in conseguenza delle loro effettive capacità vocali. Si accetteranno tutti gli iscritti fino ad esaurimento dei posti disponibili, a discrezione del docente.

he course aims at leading the student to become aware of the principal stylistic elements of the pieces of music on which the training will focus. The students will be also provided with the  fundamental techniques of vocal interpretation through exhaustive practical training of different  pieces of music. 
The vocal technique will be trained by focusing on the aspects which are necessary for a correct interpretation of the pieces. The students are allowed to bring the pieces they prefer and in particular (but not exclusively) pieces that involve the instruments of the other courses of ILMAestate (see the programmes of the other courses), so that they can also attend the workshops of ensemble music.

In case the students cannot find suitable music, they can contact the teacher directly at the ILMA email address after enrolling and ask for the needed music.

Prerequisites to attend the course

It is recommended that the students are able to read the vocal score of a piece or at least to learn it in a short time. As far as the lessons of vocal style are concerned, the students should have at least a basic singing experience. Student with no vocal experience will be also accepted, but the stylistic part will be reduced on the base of their actual vocal skills.

All the students who wish to attend the class will be accepted subject to availability of places and at the discretion of the teacher.
